Dr. Tracy and Dr. Victor are amazing chiropractors who care about your total health. This is not your typical crack and come back weekly place. I went there with back pain and they discovered that it was not my back, but a tight muscle. They stretched it and gave me exercises to make it better. Come visit Dr. Tracy and Dr. Victor and let them figure out the root of the problem for a long term solution. Thank you to the amazing Chiropractors who are hiding in plain sight on Route 1. If you need directions, go to the grey building next door to the former Dunstan School restaurant on Route 1 Scarborough.

I highly recommend Mend Health and Wellness to anyone who is suffering from chronic pain. I had experienced hip pain for years and had just about given up on finding relief. I had tried other chiropractors, PT, and even went to see an orthopedic Dr. I'm so glad that I decided to give Dr. Tracey and Dr. Victor a try. Their methods go beyond the typical adjustments.
